Once the orders leave our storehouse, a third-party shipping courier will ship the order, and we take no responsibility for what might happen in the hands of the shipping courier. If the order arrives damaged, contact the shipping courier for damaged goods.

Returns are only possible within 14 days of shipping if order is delivered back in the same condition and in original packaging.
